You cannot manually unenroll from an alert provider.

Please get in touch with us by email at [email protected]. Let us know if you would like to be unenrolled from an alert provider.

Please also provide the name of the account that you want to unenroll.

Getting unenrolled will take 2-5 days because we must send the request to Visa and Mastercard.
โ€‹
The billing might also be up to one week later since it's delayed.
