How to see if your enrollment is complete or still processing.
Checking Your Enrollment Status
1. Finding the Enrollment Status(es)
- In the sidebar, click Alerts.
- From the dropdown, click Configure.
- Open the Enrollment tab.
- Check the cards labeled Descriptor.
- Review the status shown next to each descriptor.
2. Enrollment Status Definitions
- Active: Successfully enrolled, ready to receive and process alerts.
- In Progress: Enrollment underway; not yet active, cannot receive alerts.
- Unenrolled: Account no longer enrolled with Ethoca / Verifi; no new alerts will be sent.
- Needs Assistance: ARNs must be added (RDR only).
- Pending: Descriptor is being unenrolled, or account is in Demo Mode.
3. Troubleshooting Common Issues
- Demo Mode: Add a card and a Balance to exit.
- Missing ARNs: If you don’t know how to get ARNs, see our guides for finding ARNs with different processors.
- If you don’t have ARNs, use the alternative connection guide for RDR.
4. Enrollment Error Statuses
- Enrolled Elsewhere: Descriptor still linked to a previous alerts provider.
- Generic Descriptor: Descriptor must be updated to something more unique.
- Invalid ARNs: Replace with new ARNs.
- Verification Needed: Check your email for instructions from a Chargeback agent.
- Invalid Descriptor: Contact Chargeback support.
- Banned Descriptor: Descriptor violates platform policies.

How Long Do Enrollments Take?
- Ethoca: ~12 hours (weekdays)
- CDRN: ~12 hours (weekdays)
- RDR: Typically 7 – 14 business days; may take longer if there is a backlog.
