How to Add New Descriptors & ARNs
Here, we'll show you how to add new descriptors and ARNs to your enrollments.
How to Add a New Descriptor(s)
- In the sidebar, click Alerts to open the dropdown.
- Click Configure.
- Find the enrollment(s) you want to update.
- Click
+ Enroll More Descriptors
- Enter the new descriptor(s) and click
Continue
. - The enrollment process will continue normally from here
The enrollment process will continue as usual.
⚠️ If you signed up for RDR with BINs and CAID, you'll have to submit ARNs for RDR before proceeding. Don't add ARNs.
Contact our support team, tell them which descriptor(s) you want to add to RDR, and specify the account. They’ll override this for you.
How to Add New ARNs
- Follow Steps 1 – 4 above, but click
+ Enroll More Descriptors
under RDR. - Enter the new ARNs and click
Continue
. - Contact a chargeback support specialist and send this script:
Hello. I added new ARNs.
ℹ️ Adding more than 4 ARNs will not speed up RDR enrollment.
