How to Cancel Your Chargeback.io Account

 

At the moment, to cancel your Chargeback account, you'll need to unenroll your billing descriptors. To do this, you will need to fill out our unenrollment form.

We’ll process your request within 12 hours.

That said, due to Verifi and Ethoca processing times, it may take up to 7 days for descriptors and enrollments to be completely removed.

Unfortunately, this may result in billing for up to 2 weeks after your request.
