Follow these steps to connect Chargebee to Chargeback:

1. Navigate to Integrations

2. Find Chargebee

3. Click Connect

4. Enter your site key and site value

How to Find Your Site Key for Chargebee

Follow these steps to find your Chargebee Site Key:

1. Log into Chargebee

2. Navigate to Configure Chargebee

On the leftmost menu, open the dropdown box under Settings. Then click Configure Chargebee.

3. Generate an API key

Scroll down until reaching the section API Keys and Webhooks. Then click the API keys box.

From there, click the button Add API Key.

Select Full-Access Key. You will need to give Chargeback full access to Chargebee.

Select All, name your API Key, and click Create Key.

4. Copy your Site Key and Site Value.

• Site Key will be your API key; click the “copy” icon beside the characters on the API Key that you created

• Site Value: Check the website’s URL. copy the information before “.chargebee.com/…”

  • In this case, the site value would be “chb-2-test”
