How to Connect to 29 Next

Learn how to set up the 29 Next integration in Chargeback.io.

This guide shows you how to connect 29 Next to Chargeback.io. It also explains how to find ARNs and billing descriptors for the processors you connect.

How to Find ARNs & Billing Descriptors for 29 Next

29 Next doesn’t give you billing descriptors or ARNs (or BINs and CAIDs). You need to get those from the payment processor that’s connected to your 29 Next account.

Check these guides to find ARNs and billing descriptors for common payment gateways:

  • Stripe
  • Shopify
  • Authorize.net

For other processors, use our guides to ARNs and billing descriptors.

⚠️ If you don’t have ARNs and billing descriptors, you won’t get chargeback alerts. Verifi and Ethoca send alerts with that information.
