How to Disconnect a Payment Processor
Learn how to disconnect your payment processor (integration) from Chargeback.io.
Follow these steps to disconnect a payment processor (AKA integration) from Chargeback.io:
1. Navigate to Integrations:
2. Find the payment processor you want to disconnect.
3. Click Disconnect:
⚠️ Chargeback does not save your payment processor’s information.
If, for example, you wanted to reconnect Shopify in the future, you would need to obtain your Client ID and Secret again.
⚠️ Disconnecting from an integration doesn't stop incoming alerts.
You must unenroll your billing descriptors to stop receiving alerts. Use this form to unenroll your descriptors.
