How to Disconnect a Payment Processor | Help Center | Chargeback

Follow these steps to disconnect a payment processor from Chargeback:

  1. Navigate to Integrations

  2. Find the payment processor you would like to disconnect

  3. Click Disconnect

For example, if you want to disconnect Shopify, this is what the Disconnect option looks like:

Chargeback does not save your payment processor’s information. If, for example, you wanted to reconnect Shopify in the future, you would need to obtain your Client ID and Secret again.
