How to Find Out the Status of Your Enrollment

 

⚠️ Check the Enrollment page and see if there any unusual statuses by your billing descriptor.

If not, it will typically take 3 to and up to 14 business days to enroll in RDR. Or 12 hours (on weekdays) for Ethoca and CDRN.

How to Check Your Enrollment Status

To check your status, click Business Settings in the upper-right corner, from there, click Enrollment.

Once on Enrollments, you'll see one of these statuses:

  • Active: Your descriptor is active.
  • In Progress: Enrollment process is going normally.
  • Enrolled Elsewhere: Descriptor is still enrolled with a previous alerts provider.
  • Generic Descriptor: Descriptor needs to be changed to something more unique.
  • Invalid ARNs: Add new ARNs.
  • Verification Needed: Check your email for a message from a Chargeback agent on how to verify your account.
  • Invalid Descriptor: Contact Chargeback support.
