How to Find Out the Status of Your Enrollment
Check the Enrollment page and see if there any unusual statuses by your billing descriptor. If not, it will typically take 3 to and up to 14 business days to enroll in RDR. Or 12 hours (on weekdays) for Ethoca and CDRN.
How to Check Your Enrollment Status
On the Enrollment page (Business settings > Enrollment) you will see any of the following statuses adjacent to each descriptor:
- Active: Your descriptor is active.
- Enrolled Elsewhere: Descriptor is still enrolled with a previous alerts provider.
- Generic Descriptor: Descriptor needs to be changed to something more unique.
- Invalid ARNs: Add new ARNs.
- Verification Needed: Check your email for a message from a Chargeback agent on how to verify your account.
- Invalid Descriptor: Contact Chargeback support.
ℹ️ See this guide for more information on how to troubleshoot these enrollment statuses.
How Long Will It Take to Get Enrolled?
- Ethoca and CDRN: 12 hours (on weekdays).
- RDR: Usually 3 business days, but can take up to 14 business days if Verifi has a backlog.
Sometimes Verifi (the company that runs RDR) may request additional details or reject the information we provide. In those cases, we’ll need to contact you for clarification or updated information. This back-and-forth can delay the enrollment process.
