How to Unenroll From an Alert Provider | Help Center | Chargeback

Please fill out our unenrollment form if you want to unenroll any alert providers, descriptors, or accounts.

We’ll process your request within 12 hours.

That said, due to Visa and Mastercard processing times, it may take up to 7 days for descriptors and enrollments to be completely removed.

Unfortunately, this may result in billing for up to 2 weeks after your request.
