1. We will cover two ways to navigate to the Shopify app installation page:
If you are having trouble connecting, then please change your chargeback email to the same as your Shopify store. This will make the setup easier.
You can change it on "personal settings" and the edit email
1A. Go to the Shopify App Store and type “chargeback,” into the search bar.
When you find the Chargeback app, click on it:
Then, on the app page, click the "Install" button:
1B. On your Chargeback dashboard, navigate to the Integrations page:
Find the Shopify integration and click “Connect.”
Whichever method you choose, you will arrive on the Chargeback app page.
Here, click "Install."
You will then be redirected to the Shopify login page. Log in to your account.
2. Once logged in, select the store you want to connect to Chargeback:
A popup will appear, requesting access to your store’s data.
Accept this to proceed.
3. Shopify will redirect you back to Chargeback, where you will select the business account you want to integrate with Shopify and then click “Connect.”
At this point, you will be connected to Shopify Payments.
4. If you need to disconnect from Shopify, go to Integrations and click “Disconnect.”
