Important Considerations

  • There is no limit to how many users an owner can invite.

  • You can invite users even if they have:

    • Never signed up before

    • Signed up without a business account

    • Signed up with another business account

    • Already been invited to other accounts

  • A user can belong to multiple business accounts owned by different owners.

  • If you try to invite the same user to the same business account again (even with a new role), you’ll see the error:

“This user has already been invited to business account(s).”

  • Each invitation includes an Accept Invite button with a link valid for 10 days.

    • The link can be opened multiple times until the user completes the process.

  • The same email can receive invitations from multiple business accounts.

  • Each user has one of two status types:

    • Invited: User has not accepted yet.

    • Active: User has accepted and can access the business account.

If the User Doesn’t Receive the Invitation

  • Ask them to check their spam or junk folder.

  • If they still don’t see it after 10 minutes, click the 🔄 icon to resend the invite.

  • If the issue continues, contact our support specialists.

How Do I Delete Team Members?

To remove users from your account:

  1. Go to Teams in the sidebar.

  2. Find the user you want to remove.

  3. Click the red trash can icon next to their name.

  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Deleting a user removes their access and data immediately but does not prevent re-inviting them. Deletion cannot be undone.

How to Change a Team Member’s Access

  1. On the Teams page, find the user.

  2. Click the gray gear icon (⚙️) under the Actions column.

  3. Select a new permission level from the list.

⚠️ You cannot change a user’s name, email address, or assigned business accounts.

To update these details, remove the user and re-invite them with the new information.
