How to Set Up Notifications for Chargeback Alerts
Click your account name in the lower-left corner.
Select Settings.
In the sidebar, click Notifications.
Check or uncheck the boxes for the notifications you want to enable or disable.
What Notifications Are Recommended?
To avoid unnecessary emails, here are our recommendations:
1. Chargeback Prevented
Alerts you when a chargeback has been refunded.
Recommendation: Optional.
2. Attention Required
Alerts you when an alert needs action.
Recommendation: Strongly recommended to keep enabled.
3. Weekly Summaries
Recap of alerts received in the past week.
Recommendation: Optional.
4. Monthly Summaries
Recap of alerts received in the past month.
Recommendation: Optional.
⚠️ If you disable Attention Required, log in to your account daily to check pending alerts.
