Requirements:
BINs: One or more sets of numbers, 6 – 8 digits long
CAID: 1 – 15 characters long
⚠️ Verifi will not accept BINs shorter or longer than 6 – 8 digits.
If you don’t have Visa transaction refunds to obtain ARNs, you have a couple of options.

One option is to use your BINs and CAID, which may be faster than obtaining ARNs.
To request your BINs and CAID, contact your payment processor and ask:
Hello,
Can you please provide my BINs and CAID (Bank Identification Number and Card Acceptor ID)? I need them so I can activate Rapid Dispute Resolution (RDR) alerts for my business.
Thank you.
Sometimes, payment processors may claim they don't have access to this information.
That is not true. They do. We have gotten this information from them countless times.
💡 What if they say they don’t have this information?
Your payment processor does have access to this data. We have successfully retrieved it from them many times.
If they claim otherwise, try the following:
Request to escalate the issue to a 'specialist'
Try another customer support staff
Once you receive your BINs and CAID, contact our support team and let them know which account you are activating. We will then forward the information to Verifi.
📌 RDR activation typically takes up to 3 business days — unless other issues arise.
