Optimization Tip: To keep your account organized, create a separate business sub-account for each additional integration.

Method 1: Through Your Dashboard (Easiest)

  1. In the left sidebar, select Integrations.

  2. Find the integration you want to connect and click Connect.

  3. Follow the on-screen steps to complete setup.

A pop-up guide with visuals will walk you through the process. You can also refer to our setup guides for specific integrations.

⚠️ You cannot connect multiple instances of the same integration to a single account (e.g., two Stripe integrations under one account).

To link another processor of the same type, create a sub-account.

Method 2: When You Add More Descriptors

  1. In the left sidebar, select Alerts.

  2. From the dropdown, click Configure.

  3. Find the alert network where you want to add new descriptor(s) and click + Enroll More Descriptors.

  4. Under the desired integration, click Connect.

  5. Follow the on-screen steps to finish setup.

During this process, you can also add additional descriptor(s) as needed. Descriptors link to alert networks (RDR, CDRN, or Ethoca), not to integrations. These networks use your descriptors to identify and route alerts from the correct issuer.

Supported Integrations & Apps

We currently support major payment processors, including Stripe, Shopify Payments, and Authorize.net.

Additional Information

  • You cannot connect multiple instances of the same integration within one account, but there is no limit to how many different integrations you can connect.

  • Access permissions: Owners, Administrators, and Managers can add new integrations.

  • Integrations activate immediately after setup.

  • Adding another integration does not change pricing.

  • To disconnect an integration, click Disconnect under the integration’s name.

  • Disconnecting an integration does not stop alerts. To stop receiving alerts, you must unenroll all billing descriptors linked to that alert network.

  • Ethoca and Verifi (RDR) send alerts through billing descriptors, not through integrations.

  • Integrations and apps enable automatic refunds for Ethoca and CDRN alerts. Without these connections, automatic refund processing is unavailable.
