To set “Manually refunded” status for an alert, follow these steps:

Navigate to <a href="https://app.chargeback.app/alerts" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Alerts</a>

Click on the alert status; a dropdown menu will appear

1. Navigate to <a href="https://app.chargeback.app/alerts" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Alerts</a>
2. Find the alert that you want to adjust
3. Click on the alert status; a dropdown menu will appear
4. Click Manually refunded
