How to Find an Alert

Follow these steps to find a specific alert:


1. Navigate to Alerts.


2. Apply one or many of the following filters:

  • Alert Date: Choose between a timeframe.

  • Order Value: Enter a value and select whether it is equal to, between, greater than, or less than what you entered.

  • Country: The country the purchase was made in.

  • Transaction Date: The date on which the transaction in question occurred.

  • Billing Descriptor: The attached billing descriptor to the transaction.

  • Bank: The bank the customer used.

  • Card: The last four digits and their card number.

  • Payment Processor: The payment processor used for the transaction (e.g., Stripe).

  • Alert ID: The string used to identify the alert.

Also filter the results that appear in the table by clicking on the alert provider (Ethoca, RDR, or CDRN).


Export Your Alerts

Once you have found your alert/s, you can export them by pressing the Export button.

After clicking the button, watch out for the following notification in the lower right corner of your screen:

This notification will tell you that the exporting process was successful.


Organize Your Alert Columns

If you would like to see less information about your alerts, click Edit columns to adjust what you see—and in what order.
