Connecting and Managing Integrations

1. Connect Integrations (Existing Account)

  1. In the sidebar, click Integrations.

  2. Find the integration(s) you want to connect and click Connect.

  3. Follow the steps to provide the required information and/or download the app.

If you reconnect after disconnecting, follow the same steps as for a first-time connection.

ℹ️ Each integration requires different information. Find your processor in these integration guides for more details.

2. Connect Integrations (Onboarding)

  1. In Step 2 of onboarding, find the integration you want to connect.

  2. Click Connect and enter the required information.

3. Disconnect an Integration or App

  1. In the sidebar, click Integrations.

  2. Find the integration(s) you want to disconnect and click Disconnect.

  3. If you’re using Shopify or Stripe, uninstall the app from the processor’s dashboard.

Once an app or integration is disconnected, you’ll still receive alerts — make sure to handle them through your dashboard.

If you don’t want to continue receiving alerts, fill out this unenrollment form.

⚠️ Shopify Accounts

  1. If you disconnect Shopify, your account will automatically be unenrolled after 48 hours.

  2. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an email to confirm whether you want to proceed with unenrollment.

  3. To stay enrolled, reply to the email or preemptively open a support ticket with the message below:

I disconnected the Shopify app for [enter reason here]. However, I don’t want to be unenrolled.

Our team will ensure you remain enrolled.

4. Important Notes

  • No confirmation email is sent when you disconnect an integration or app (except for Shopify unenrollment notices).

  • If you notice our system automatically refunding alerts (outside of RDR), contact support immediately.

  • If credentials are rejected or the app fails to link:

    • Take a screenshot of the error.

    • Open a support ticket and include the screenshot.

  • You cannot connect more than one of the same integration to a single account (e.g., two Stripe accounts).
