This guide shows merchants how to add billing descriptors to alert networks (enrollments) in the Chargeback.io dashboard.
It doesn't explain how to remove and unenroll billing descriptors or check enrollment status.
How to Add a New Billing Descriptors
Here’s how and where to add your descriptors:
In the sidebar, click Alerts to open the dropdown.
Click the Configure enrollments tab.
Select the alert network.
Click
+ Add More Descriptors.Enter your descriptor(s) and click
Continue.
Once you add the billing descriptor, the descriptor will go into the enrollment process. Enrollment process means the descriptor will have the Pending status.
