Here, we'll show you how to add new descriptors and ARNs to your enrollments.
How to Add a New Descriptor(s)
In the sidebar, click Alerts to open the dropdown.
Click Configure.
Find the enrollment(s) you want to update.
Click
+ Enroll More Descriptors.Enter the new descriptor(s) and click
Continue.The enrollment process will continue normally from here.
The enrollment process will continue as usual.
How to Add New ARNs
Follow Steps 1–4 above, but click
+ Enroll More Descriptorsunder RDR.Enter the new ARNs and click
Continue.Contact a chargeback support specialist and send this script:
Hello. I added new ARNs.
ℹ️ Adding more than 4 ARNs will not speed up RDR enrollment.
