This article applies to merchants who can log in to Chargeback.io but cannot see their list of business accounts or stores.
This article does not cover login issues or password resets.
Why your business accounts may not appear
Outdated browser cache or registered service workers can prevent your business account list from loading. This can happen after a browser update or after clearing cookies without clearing local storage.
Follow the steps below in order.
Step 1: Clear local storage and session storage
Open DevTools. Press F12, or right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect.
Click the Application tab.
In the left panel, click Local Storage. Click the Clear all button (the icon with a crossed-out circle).
Repeat for Session Storage.
Reload the page and check whether your business accounts appear.
Step 2: Unregister service workers
If Step 1 did not resolve the issue:
In DevTools, click the Application tab.
In the left panel, click Service Workers.
Click Unregister next to each registered worker.
Reload the page and check whether your business accounts appear.
Step 3: Try incognito mode
If Step 2 did not resolve the issue:
Open your browser in incognito mode. Press Ctrl+Shift+N on Windows or Cmd+Shift+N on Mac.
Log in to Chargeback.io.
Check whether your business accounts appear.
If none of the steps above resolved the issue
Contact Support and include a screenshot from your browser's network log:
Open DevTools and click the Network tab.
Reload the page.
In the request list, find the request that contains business-account/ in the URL.
Click that request, then click the Response tab.
Take a screenshot and send it to Support.
