In the upper-left corner of the screen, you will see your business name and a dropdown selection icon.
Click that box and then click Add account.
From there, you will need to go through the onboarding process of adding another business account. This process will be the same as when adding your first business.
You will need the following information to complete this process again:
ARN code: if you enable RDR
At least one business descriptor
Business name (does not need to be trade name)
Link to your business website
Connection to at least one payment processor if you use CDRN or Ethoca alerts
There is no limit to the number of business accounts you can add to Chargeback.
Managing Your Business Account
To switch between accounts, click on the dropbox from the previous section and click on the account that you would like to access.
To manage your settings, navigate to Personal Settings, then Business accounts. When reaching this page, you will see the following information:
Business account name
Business URL
Connected payment processors
The last 4 digits of the attached credit card to the business account
Your account status: Whether your account can receive alerts
A cog wheel icon: This will redirect to to your business settings
Click on the cog wheel icon on the business account that you would like to make changes to.
From there, you can adjust the following information:
Logo
Business name
Business URL
Auto-refund settings
Billing: Billing information, add/remove payment methods, and invoice history
You will need to contact customer support via email to [email protected] to make the following changes:
Remove a business account
Request a refund from Chargeback
Cancel your chargeback account
