To enroll in AMEX and Discover chargeback alerts coverage, you need the following:
Amex SE number
Discover SE number
Registered Amex descriptor
All previous billing descriptors
BIN & CAID for your account
To obtain this on Stripe, please email Stripe support the following:
I'm enrolling for AMEX and Discover Ethoca Alerts and RDR Alerts through my third-party vendor, Chargeback.io. To complete this process, I need my AMEX SE number, registered AMEX descriptor, and Discover SE number.
Additionally, I need a full list of my historical billing descriptors and BIN/CAIDs.Could you please provide this information as soon as possible? Let me know if you need anything else from me. I appreciate your help!
Please note that Stripe support might not provide all this information on the first try, but they are definitely able to get it. If you don't get everything you need, create another support ticket and try again.
