Chargeback will be able to automatically process alerts only for transactions created after Adyen is connected. This is due to Adyen's limitations.

  2. Click Create New User.

  3. Select 'Email and password' as the login method and enter only the user email, which is [email protected].

  4. On the Accounts step, select Only selected account groups and merchant accounts.

  5. For Roles, expand Transactions and only select View payments.

  6. At the last step, click Create User.
