How to Disconnect a Payment Processor from Chargeback.io
Follow these steps to disconnect your payment processor (also known as an integration) from Chargeback.io:
On the sidebar, navigate to Integrations.
Find the payment processor you want to disconnect.
Click
Disconnect.
Important Notes
Chargeback.io doesn't save your payment processor credentials: If you reconnect later (e.g., Shopify), you’ll need to re-enter your details.
Disconnecting an processor doesn't stop alerts: To stop receiving alerts, you must unenroll your billing descriptors using this form.
Stripe and Shopify may require additional steps to disconnect. Follow these guides to find those steps:
