Steps to Disconnect a Payment Processor
Follow these steps to disconnect a payment processor (also known as an integration) from Chargeback.io:
Navigate to Integrations.
Find the payment processor you want to disconnect.
Click Disconnect.
⚠️ Important Notes
Chargeback.io does not save your payment processor credentials.
If you reconnect later (for example, Shopify), you’ll need to re-enter your Client ID and Secret.Disconnecting an integration does not stop incoming alerts.
To stop receiving alerts, you must unenroll your billing descriptors using this form: Unenrollment Form
