How to Find ARNs & Billing Descriptors for 29 Next

29 Next doesn’t provide billing descriptors or ARNs (or BINs and CAIDs). You must obtain these from the payment processor connected to your 29 Next account.

Check these guides to find ARNs and billing descriptors for common payment gateways:

  • Stripe

  • Shopify

  • Authorize.net

For other processors, refer to our general guides on ARNs and billing descriptors.

⚠️ If you don’t have ARNs and billing descriptors, you won’t receive chargeback alerts. Verifi and Ethoca send alerts using this information.
