How to Connect Chargebee to Chargeback.io
Follow these steps to connect Chargeback.io to Chargebee:
In the sidebar, click Integrations.
Find Chargebee.
Click
Connect.When prompted, enter your Site Key and Site Value from Chargebee.
Connection completes instantly in most cases.
If needed, set an auto-refund threshold to limit automatic refunds. See the Automatic Refund Guide for more information.
How to Find Your Site Key and Site Value
This section walks you through finding your Site Key and Site Value in Chargebee.
Part 1: Navigate to API Key Configuration
Log in to your Chargebee account.
Go to Configure Chargebee.
In the left menu, open the Settings dropdown.
Click Configure Chargebee.
Part 2: Create an API Key
Scroll to the API Keys and Webhooks section.
Click API Keys, then Add API Key.
On the pop-up, choose Full-Access Key (Chargeback.io requires full access).
In the next step, select All, name your API key, and click
Create Key.Click the copy icon next to the key you created.
Part 3: Copy Site Value
From your browser’s URL, copy the text before .chargebee.com/ except "https://".
Example: From https://chb-2-test.chargebee.com/..., your site value is chb-2-test.
How Do I Disconnect Chargebee from Chargeback.io?
In the left sidebar, click Integrations.
Find Chargebee in the list.
Click
Disconnect.
The disconnection is immediate. After disconnecting, automatic refunds for CDRN and Ethoca alerts will stop.
Disconnecting Chargebee does not stop alerts. To stop receiving alerts, fill out this unenrollment form.
